I had major spine surgery three years ago and have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and feet. I am a physician so I'm on my feet all day long. The only shoes I wear any more are my Z-CoiL® shoes. I have five pairs that I rotate. I don't think I'd be able to continue to work if I hadn't found these shoes.

It is my pleasure to share the difference that my new pair of Z-CoiL® shoes has made in my life. While attending a local health fair recently, I found just what I was looking for to help me with my body’s alignment. As a 42-year-old physical laborer, my body commonly feels the effects of back and knee pain. The moment I tried on Z-CoiL® shoes, I knew I had found a solution. Immediately, my body was corrected from the way that it usually stands. I felt my hips properly aligned and I noticed a feeling of new and correct posture. I stood tall and my shoulders were back further than they were before. The shoes indeed felt foreign at first. I am back in Susanville from my Cinco de Mayo race day. I still can't believe I was able to race as fast I could. I probably should have taken it easier, but I was so excited that I could run with so little pain that I was “dancin' in the streets.” I had my latest cartilage knee surgery two years ago, and I really haven't been able to run since. I am 48 and had just resigned myself to giving up the sport I've enjoyed for over 35 years. My running days were done.
So, thank you so much for giving me a pair of Z-CoiL® shoes. I have to admit I am fairly sore right now, but I think it is more because I haven't run in over two years. I feel if I stick with my routine of rehabilitation, with the added protection from the Z-CoiL® shoes, then my knees will continue to improve.
