Since I got my first pair of Z-CoiL shoes, I have been able to work standing and walking a full 8-hour shift. Since I have no cartilage in my knees and metal plates in both of my legs, I have had extreme pain and was unable to walk or stand for long time. Now I am able to move more freely with no pain. Thank you, Z-CoiL, and the staff at the 28th and Harvard store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I will share this with all who will listen.

Before I started wearing Z-CoiL shoes, I was seriously overweight, and walking for exercise was extremely difficult. I couldn't walk for any distance without experiencing sharp, stabbing pains in my knees and ankles. I also have a history of low back pain and sciatica.

In 2003, I severely sprained my left ankle. My doctor told me that it would take 12-16 weeks to recover from the injury. I tried on a pair of Z-CoiL shoes when my left ankle was so sprained that I couldn't walk. To my surprise, I was actually able to walk. Three weeks later, my ankle was completely healed!

I decided to incorporate Z-CoiL shoes into a regular walking and exercise program. I became much more active, and the pounds started to melt away. To date, I have lost 60 pounds!

This extremely important, because I was also recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. The combination of medication, diet and daily exercise is keeping my blood glucose levels in a beautiful range. My doctor is delighted with my progress and I feel much healthier.

I can honestly say that Z-CoiL shoes have been a major factor in changing my life!

I purchased you shoes in October of 2006. I am a 51-year-old tennis teaching professional and have played tennis for 40 years. This past summer I had orthoscopic microfracture knee surgery. I bought your shoes as soon as I was off crutches and have loved them from the first step. When I got back on the tennis court I decided to try them for teaching tennis. I was a little worried at first, thinking I might sprain my ankle. I was really surprised by their stability on the tennis court. I have even played a fairly high level of tennis in them. I am a believer. Thanks for helping me get back on the court. I am around a lot of tennis players with hip replacements and knee surgeries. I recommend them to anyone with these issues. I would even recommend them to doubles tennis players up to the 3.5 NTRP level. My dad has had two knee replacements. He got a pair and loves them also. Keep up the good work of changing lives.
