I suffer from lower back pain due to bulging discs and a condition called spondlyolythesis. I had just graduated from nursing school and started working on an orthopedic floor working 12-hour shifts. I absolutely loved my job. However, my back started giving me problems and after only 4 hours of work I had to leave because I could no longer stand. I was out of work for 8 weeks and went through 2 epidural injections with some relief. I returned to work and was still suffering with pain. I heard about these shoes and said I would give them a try. After all, $215 was a lot cheaper than not working. Needless to say, when I wear these shoes to work I have no pain at all!!!! I have been wearing them for 7 months now, and have not had to leave work early due to pain.
A week ago I decided to wear regular shoes (Nike SHOX) to work just to see if was really the Z-CoiL shoes helping my pain. After just 9:30 in the morning my back was starting to hurt and I had to put my Z-CoiL shoes back on. That was it for me. I knew without a doubt that it was the shoes helping the pain.
The odd-looking shoes are also a great conversation-starter for the patients. I get to tell them what a great shoe this truly is if you suffer from various types of pain. Many of them purchased them for themselves. I absolutely LOVE them and you will NEVER see me at work without them. Thank you, Z-CoiL, for letting me continue to be a nurse!

I would like to say that these shoes have changed my life. Very strong words, but the truth. I suffer from bulging discs in my lower back. Serious problems, but I have a young family and need to work. I'm on my feet 10 to 15 hours every day. Without the Z-CoiL® shoes, I was going to go on disability. I now own four pairs of Z-CoiL shoes. I will say they are expensive, but worth every red cent! I have never been more pleased with any purchase in my entire life as I have been with Z-CoiL. Thank you!!

I am a cosmetologist in Indiana. I have had back pain for years, due to nerve and disc problems. I am on my feet 11 hours a day. I was at the point of desperation when I heard about Z-CoiL® footwear through another stylist. I bought two pair and wear them daily. I am not in extreme pain any longer because of Z-CoiL® shoes! Spinal stenosis, herniated discs, torn annulae, and resultant pinched nerves make walking more than a short distance without my buttocks, thighs and feet going numb impossible. My first session in your shoes did not go well, but subsequent sessions have allowed me to walk for up to two hours with no numbness. I’m convinced that after trial sessions to get used to the Z-CoiL®, it can definitely make a difference. I liked the option of returning them if I wasn’t able to use them.

Everyone says I should write and tell you how great your shoes are.
I am 66 this year. I have two pair of your shoes. My first pair were bought three or four years ago in New York, and the second pair two years ago in Las Vegas. When my daughter bought them for me, I was skeptical and wanted to pay for them myself, but she wouldn’t hear of it.
When I put them on I was a little wobbly, but it didn’t last long. I wore them home to Long Island, and have worn no other shoe since. In fact, I went in my bedroom one year later or less and threw all my sneakers and shoes out except for slippers I wear at night. I only wear Z-CoiL® shoes because I am able to walk.
I have four herniated discs in my neck. I was repaired surgically with a cervical lamenectomy in 1991. My spine is riddled with osteoarthritis, arthritic spurs, herniated discs, and fractures, plus I’m diabetic and suffer from neuropathy. I have a wheelchair as well as a motorized wheelchair, and I no longer use them.
I am able to walk to Costco, Wal-Mart, the Mall, and grocery shop. Oh, I do get some pain, but not anything like I suffer without your shoes. I cannot say enough praise about Z-CoiL® footwear. Please keep making them and I will keep singing their praises to anyone who asks about them. Thank you for giving me my life back.
