Before I started wearing Z-CoiL shoes, I was seriously overweight, and walking for exercise was extremely difficult. I couldn't walk for any distance without experiencing sharp, stabbing pains in my knees and ankles. I also have a history of low back pain and sciatica.

In 2003, I severely sprained my left ankle. My doctor told me that it would take 12-16 weeks to recover from the injury. I tried on a pair of Z-CoiL shoes when my left ankle was so sprained that I couldn't walk. To my surprise, I was actually able to walk. Three weeks later, my ankle was completely healed!

I decided to incorporate Z-CoiL shoes into a regular walking and exercise program. I became much more active, and the pounds started to melt away. To date, I have lost 60 pounds!

This extremely important, because I was also recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. The combination of medication, diet and daily exercise is keeping my blood glucose levels in a beautiful range. My doctor is delighted with my progress and I feel much healthier.

I can honestly say that Z-CoiL shoes have been a major factor in changing my life!

Everyone says I should write and tell you how great your shoes are.

I am 66 this year. I have two pair of your shoes. My first pair were bought three or four years ago in New York, and the second pair two years ago in Las Vegas. When my daughter bought them for me, I was skeptical and wanted to pay for them myself, but she wouldn¡¯t hear of it.

When I put them on I was a little wobbly, but it didn¡¯t last long. I wore them home to Long Island, and have worn no other shoe since. In fact, I went in my bedroom one year later or less and threw all my sneakers and shoes out except for slippers I wear at night. I only wear Z-CoiL¢ç shoes because I am able to walk.

I have four herniated discs in my neck. I was repaired surgically with a cervical lamenectomy in 1991. My spine is riddled with osteoarthritis, arthritic spurs, herniated discs, and fractures, plus I¡¯m diabetic and suffer from neuropathy. I have a wheelchair as well as a motorized wheelchair, and I no longer use them.

I am able to walk to Costco, Wal-Mart, the Mall, and grocery shop. Oh, I do get some pain, but not anything like I suffer without your shoes. I cannot say enough praise about Z-CoiL¢ç footwear. Please keep making them and I will keep singing their praises to anyone who asks about them. Thank you for giving me my life back.

I'm a 61-year-old who suffers from diabetes and low back pain due to a car accident in 1981, and I have used a cane ever since. I bought my first pair of Z-CoiL¢ç shoes (tennis shoes) in 2004, and I'm on my second pair now, the diabetic shoes. No more back pain and no more cane. I feel sorry for all you people out there who think these shoes can't help. Just remember it doesn't cost anything to try a pair on, so what are you waiting for? Get up off your lazy butt and head over to your closest Z-CoiL¢ç store and try a pair on! YOU WON'T BE SORRY.

I am 60 years old and could not walk very far anymore because my knees and hips hurt too much. Along with that, I have type 2 diabetes. In October 2004 I bought a pair of Z-CoiL¢ç shoes in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and another pair in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and took them home to the Netherlands. Since then, my knees don't hurt anymore and my hips feel a lot better. I try to wear my Z-CoiL¢ç shoes wherever I go! Thank you for this design.

I bought these shoes while I was living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I had been suffering from severe back pain for months and had problems with diabetes. I wanted to prevent the diabetic foot problems that so many people have. Since I have worn the Z-CoiL¢ç tennies, my back pain in gone and my feet and knees feel much better. They really do help and I recommend these shoes to anyone who needs good support.
